命令如下：
/ip firewall filter add chain=forward action=fasttrack-connection connection-state=established,related /ip firewall filter add chain=forward action=accept connection-state=established,related
加上这条据说可以让Mangle策略生效
/ip firewall filter add action=fasttrack-connection chain=forward comment="defconf: fasttrack" connection-state=established,related hw-offload=yes in-interface=PPPoE-Unicom
注：PPPoE-Unicom是拨号接口
从RouterOS v7.1beta6开始CRS3xx系列几乎全部支持支持Layer3 hardware offloading
/ip firewall filter set 1 hw-offload=yes

注：
优点 降低了 CPU的 负荷
缺点 mangle 和queue 都会失效
